After the razor series, Motorola has come with Droid Bionic. Great phone! And will be cool if Motorola also releases it in European (GSM) version. I hope Motorola can make a GSM version, This is truly awesome.
It was the smallest 4G phone that I have seen. Same display as Droid X but a lot smaller and smoother. It felt great in hand and had really nice display. HTC thunderbolt looked sleek but big, Samsung and LG 4G phone looked dated and huge.
When we talk about the processing speed, it's not about numbers (1Ghz or 2Ghz) that much as it is to the OS and there isn't perfect one, also the way an app was written, and of course the platform (like Nvidia Tegra 2 3D).
Earlier: Well, most people will feel that the 512 MB of RAM wont be enough when all the other similar phones comes with 1GB of RAM. Actually, the truth is Droid Bionic has 512 MB of DDR2 RAM and it makes the difference, It will be a lot faster (but not the double faster as compared to the 1GB on other phones) than other normal memory type.
I think Motorola knows what's best to put in their phones. The Droid Bionic doesn't need 1GB of RAM. The only reason the Atrix has it is because it needs. Actually, a smart phone does not need 1GB of RAM. With the amount of data we need to be saved for apps running in the background and such 512 MB Ram with a dual core processor is more than enough.
Update: RAM has now been updated to 1GB: If not, 1GB with a dual core processor will be available or even as an upgrade to Motorola Droid Bionic. But the fact is, we will never know the difference performance wise.
Pros and Cons Of Motorola Droid Bionic:
The 4.3-inch GHD display, for example, was quite stunning from our brief moments with Motorola Droid Bionic. It's bright, crisp, and the viewing angle was surprisingly wide.
The phone doesn't feel quite as slick as the Droid X, and that's probably because the Droid Bionic is a touch thicker and rounder at the edges.
Measuring 4.96 inches long by 2.63 inches wide by 0.52 inch thick, the Droid Bionic actually feels more like the Droid 2, except without the QWERTY keyboard. At 5.57 ounces, it's not exactly lightweight, but the heft gives it a good, solid feel in the hand. It also has a pretty smooth surface all around.

Droid Bionic will feature different profiles for Home, Work, and Weekend, plus enterprise-level features that include remote wipe, data security, corporate e-mail compatibility, robust calendar management, and Quick office apps.
Well, don’t complaint that it does not have GPRS, it wont as its CDMA Phone. And If they really want to corner the market and do something truly innovative they will add an FM transmitter to the BIONIC so we can all do away with stand alone Bluetooth / FM transmitters.
It has an awesome tactile feel especially the soft back. Excellent call quality and reception. Battery life during the day is probably 70 to 80% that of an iPhone.
For Example: If you use 4G and GPS navigation in the car while charging with the car charger it only maintains the charge and there is no actual increase in battery charge. That is the amount of drain by the dual-core processors! Lightning fast processor and Internet speeds. Excellent screen, mediocre camera.

Here is our key points you need to know before you get your hands on Motorola Droid Bionic:
Pros:
- 1. Speed is great
- 2. software works very good w/ no issues as of yet.
- 3. Better execution, software and UI compared to Droid X.
- 4. 1080P is awesome for video.
Cons:
- 1. Don't like the weak specs on VGA front camera for SKYPE/TANGO etc.
- 2. Battery life could be improved even w/ battery saver function.
- Speakerphone looks like HALF DUPLEX, making the phone almost useless for a business conference call with multiple attendees.
Other than these this phone is excellent. But its really disappointing that Motorola has launched this phone without GSM capabilities. Motorola might have lost few number of their customers by not providing GSM capabilities.
Android gingerbread still has some issues with a few demanding apps. Had the phone freeze on me a couple of times. Never did an Apple freeze in my usage before. This phone will be a big contender against HTC and the iPhone 4S. All in all 8.5 out of 10.
