When I try to install windows Update KB2454826 through, I got a "failed to install" error. It specifically gave me: "WindowsUpdate_80073712" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"
I went and manually downloaded this update to install it myself, and the entire install process went as normal until the end, and it gave me a fail install error again. I rebooted my computer between each attempt. But I did not succeed in it.
Possible cause for the people is, may be damaged WinSxs folder.
To check this issue, start the command prompt (cmd.exe) with admin rights and run sfc: sfc.exe /scannow
Later, when referred to Microsoft Support Person, the reply they gave was, That module is for very old program support. You should not need to use it
