If you have set up with fingerprint id, chances are there that you will land into Hard time getting to read it. Frustrating when it takes multiple swipes to open. How to set sign in for password and eliminate fingerprint.
Try this option.
1. Press your Windows ORB key + R ( box would appear )
2. Type compmgmt.msc
3. Computer Management Appears > on Left Details Pane look for Device Manager ( click that )
4. Look at the right details pane look for Biometrics.
5. expand it look for the device associated in your HP ( right click then disable it ).
You will find few things when you expand the Biometrics ( + ) then look at the item that appears below it ( biometrics ). There should be only with a word "Fingerprint" or something else right click on that and choose disable. – If you cant understand, List it here.
