HTC One X Advantages And Disadvantages

The HTC One X packs the mighty NVIDIA Tegra 3 SoC with 4-PLUS-1 processors on board and 1GB of RAM. and is running Android 4.0 and the home-brewed Sense 4.0 UI skin on top.

And it looks stunning. Speaking of Android 4.0 and Sense 4.0, they look magnificent on the One X's non-pentile Super LCD 2 display. Colors are vivid and the overall brightness is good on the massive 4.7-inch 720p HD display.

HTC has gone the extra mile building the One X's chassis. It's a single chunk of polycarbonate plastic just like the Nokia N9 and Lumia 800 and the seamless curved screen for edge-to-edge swipes.

Undoubtedly, the 8MP camera at the back is one of the headlines. It shoots 1080p full HD video and has what HTC call the "Double Shutter", meaning the One X can snap stills while shooting videos without interrupting the video capture. The f/2.0 lens aperture and the BSI sensor should fix the problems plaguing HTC cameras of old.

HTC One X is a great phone. I have had it for 4 days. Battery life has not been an issue. My last charge with my typical usage was more than 36 hours. And we all use our new phones more heavy than usual as we get to know the phone.

This phone is no heavier and feels better in the hand. Already used NFC to port my contacts and data. The screen has to be seen in person to appreciate how good it is. Much nicer and crisper.

For all the people who says the battery life sucks. For normal usage HTC one X can last  an average of 11-12 hours of battery life which is average and for such a beautiful phone with an amazing performance. The extra 4-5 hours of battery i can get from those 2000+ Mah batteries.

HTC One X has only 1800 mAh, and it is good for a Quad-Core phone. 1800 mAh battery is not perfectly enough though, because the LG Optimus 4X has more than 2000 mAh. This is not an negative one, but we will feel better with more battery.

The user interface in HTC phones are good. Most importantly, this is capacitive touch and they the screen looks more beautiful. The contrast is almost as good as on amoled displays, and it's not old LCD technology, the screen technology has improved a lot, how ever, in my opinion this HTC One X looks great, still I leave the option open, so that you can share your thoughts below as comments.
